We offer an entirely bespoke service, creating each menu based on your favourite styles, flavours, and dishes. The key to creating your menu is finding out what you want from the day. Whether that’s a hearty sharing meal, for your friends and family to dig in; a plated menu that’s intricately crafted and seamlessly served; a mix of the two - or something entirely different!
Our consultations are always free of charge, and always involve trying some food. We’ll make an initial menu, and quote you for exactly that. No rough estimates – your quote is tailored to your requirements.
